• Flights are NOT included in the Ticket fee

• Additional items spent for other food & beverages, spa treatments and any items outside of the conference itinerary will be at your own expense

Please note:

• Partner tickets must share a guestroom with the Main Delegate. If a separate room is required, please register as a Main Delegate.

• Prices are listed in Australian Dollars inclusive of GST
• Registration and ticket pricing is based on an exchange rate of AUD 1.00 = VND 16034.00 Should the rate change there may be an adjustment in cost to delegates. Due to the unpredictable nature of foreign exchange rates, First National reserves the right to make amendments and all costs are subject to change.

Children

• There is no Convention ticket cost for children accompanying a Main Delegate, however additional accommodation and bedding costs may apply. Please refer to the hotel page for more information.
• Children are invited to join all social functions and tours, with the exception of the Awards night.
• Children may not attend the Convention.

Cancellation Policy

Time prior to Convention notice is given :

• More than 60 days - 70% of monies refunded
• 30 to 60 days - 50% of monies refunded
• Less than 30 days - no monies refunded
