Your Convention ticket includes a run-of-house room with a King or two Queen beds. All rooms feature a balcony and either a Bay view, Pool view or Partial sea view and will be allocated as per the hotel’s availability. 

Room rates are quoted based on 2 guests per room. Additional guests may be permitted, pending capacity.

If you require an upgrade to your room, additional room nights, or extra rooms, these will be subject to confirmation and additional costs. 

Please note that all rooms are subject to availability. To enquire about an upgrade, additional room or extended stay, kindly indicate your request during registration to receive a quote. 

Guest Surcharge:

If more than 2 guests are sharing a room, a surcharge applies, which includes breakfast in the main restaurant. Guest surcharges will be invoiced upon booking, and payable in full to confirm your reservation.

• Child aged 0 - 5 years: No charge.
• Child aged 6 - 11 years: A$18.00 per day, sharing existing bedding.
• Guest aged 12+ years: A$80.00 per day, includes rollaway bed if required.

Extra Beds:

One cot or one rollaway bed is permitted in each room. 

• Cots for infants are complimentary. Limited cots are available at the hotel. 
• Rollaway beds are available at $A80.00 per room, per night and include breakfast for 1 person. Rollaway beds must be requested and paid for in advance, via the registration process. Limited beds are available.

 Limited interconnecting rooms are available and must be requested during the registration process.
